Floor plans good size.  Conveniently located.  Close to beach!

I have been here since Sept. 2011, and I like it very much. Malieka spelling, is always nice, smiling, and helpful. Gino is always friendly and has a great sense of humor. I am very happy to be here.

Lakewood Square is one of the worst apartment complexes out there. They take over a month to fix your AC unit in the middle of Summer, do nothing when your apartment is infested with bed bugs and ants, and will tow your car without a second thought. Not a good place to live.

Haven't had many problems here, the biggest pain was waiting for someone to come fix something, may take a week or more, otherwise havent had big problems with bugs or bad neighbors, decent place to live for especially first renters or people that work at the beach
