​ Most of the skincare products we sampled and eventually bought are mild and nicely scented, and are perfect as gift items. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Products are pricey but they do offer extras for buying a certain quantity of products, a standard practice by many retailers to entice customers into buying more.

From Va and remember getting products last time we were in NYC over a year ago so wanted to be sure to stop in again. Will need to remember they do offer free shipping but sampling in store is also fun. Love the Ocean scent and the fun NY skyline on the products. Just purchased the travel sizes gift bags as Xmas gifts. Nice Buy 3 Get 2 free promo for holidays. Staff always pleasant and helpful even during holiday rush.

AMAZING! The location is quite convenient, it is a peaceful place in the middle of Times Square. The staff is very helpful and they'll even give you a demo of the products; so deciding among several fragances and aromas is a little bit easier. My personal fav's are Cherry blossom and Vanilla Pink Pepper <3

Loses a star for being in Times Square. PLEASE MOVE TO A SANE LOCATION! Staff is GREAT. Super helpful, very kind, very patient. Especially for being where they are. Very nice products. Wish there were more of them in the US.
