Lambert Park Pool

I remember one time I almost lost my life by drowning, but I didn’t lose my life because one of the life guards saved my life. I feel safe when I go to lambert and I always liked going there because of how safe and comfortable I feel.

My kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS POOL. The only complaints I have is some of the lifeguards' attitudes. There is no reason for them to be so snobby and aggressive with children. Especially if it's their 1st time ever having to say anything to them. I understand they have to be loud to be heard at times but that's no excuse to be nasty and rude. The bathrooms at this place are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. There is ALWAYS a strong smell of urine in there, the floors are always slimey & full of stagnant water, the sinks are broken , & there is mold. It looks like the place never gets cleaned, EVER... ESPECIALLY THE FLOORS. I make my children change at home before we go and they don't use the restrooms unless it's an absolute emergency. I mean the pool itself is a great place to swim and the diving board and slide are preferred by my kids over the other pools in this area. The concession stand has a very poor selection as it is there and what IS on the menu they are always out of. I think this pool has the potential to be great again if they would get qualified staff in there instead of letting a bunch of under qualified teenagers run the place. Half the time there isn't even someone at the front . You have to stand there and wait 5 minutes to get in if you aren't there right when the doors open. I really hope this place gets a good remodel CZ it really needs it and they'd make a lot more money if they did fix it up and make it more convenient for people. I mean, nobody wants to change at home and have to lug food along with them to a pool.

Had a birthday party here and they were very accommodating with reasonable pricing. Very clean and safe for kids. Has a diving board and large slide

I took my son here on a beautiful day (Monday at 3:00 pm) and there were no lifeguards, the sprinklers were all turned off, and the doors were locked. On the door it said that they are open until 5pm on Monday's, and there was no sign saying that it was closed. I tried calling and no answer, I will never try this place again.
