Lancaster Meat Market

I have only had great meats and service from the staff. What makes me keep coming back is the cleanness of the store.i have also stared bringing my friends as far as VA who are also now repeat customers. I have no complaints....

Lancaster Meat Market has the leanest cuts of meat that I've seen in Philly! They do fish, chicken, lamb - everything. And they have a full set of grocery shelves with condiments, sauces, spices - as well as a big freezer. You can get everything for a family barbecue or company picnic. They have 16 meat combo deals, and a bunch of Deli deals and even a breakfast special. Most important: nice people, too!

The smell wasn't too bad, but when I got home to cook my turkey wings there was a dead fly stuck to one of them.

First of all, the meats don't look appealing at all; & the black boy behind the meat counter on Sunday needs some CS retraining, his attitude is the worst. I'm surprised he has a job w/ that attitude. This place is a "BIG NO" for me.

This market has really changed. I dont know who the owner is now but he needs to come in and make some serious changes!!!. Start with customer service. The gentleman act like you are bothering them when you place your order. The place is dirty behind the meat counter. It turned ne off so bad that I couldn't buy any meats. In my opinion GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

The service and product selection is good

I actually traveled an hour and a half to purchase a large quantity of meat and they do not offer ice to ensure freshness.

Their prices are cheap for everything. Their meats are fresh and cheaper than most supermarkets! All the employees are courteous and approach you for help immediately when you approach the counter. I shop there at least once or twice a week.

Great place been coming here for years fresh meat look at my profile you see I've been everywhere I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true.

I buy meat here all the times since they open . But the last month my chicken legs and wings are so big it crazy ! Gone are the days when chicken was small ! I will not be back i cannot eat chicken so big !
