My experience with Dr. Wright is similar to all the other patients who have had horrible experiences with this man. He’s arrogant condescending. I left his office in tears, my adult daughter, who took me to my appointment was in tears. He walked out of the exam room and threw the paperwork on the desk and said that’s 45 minutes of my life. I’ll never get back. I don’t understand why he’s allowed to treat people like that. He wasted my time and caused me problems in getting care for my condition. I really think the state medical board should review this man. He shouldn’t be practicing medicine.

Called to complain, now Semmes Murphy will not return my calls, even after calling and speaking to different people. In constant pain now, and no response. He's condescending. I really tried to like him, but he's very defensive and tense. It's just too stressful putting myself through the clinic visits with him. Side note: He nearly patted me on the head once. I'm an adult. You can't pat my head. Why would I have to say this?

I would 100% give zero stars if allowed! Would not recommend to anyone! I was referred to Dr. Lance Wright to help me with my facial paralysis and nerve pain from Bell’s Palsy. After waiting 4 months for my appointment—today, I left his office in complete tears. I have never in my life encountered a more unprofessional, condescending, arrogant, and RUDE physician. Dr. Wright did not listen to me at all! He would talk over me and wouldn’t listen to my explanation of symptoms I have nerve damage from BP—diagnosed me with migraines—in my face! When I tried to explain what I’d been told by my previous doctors-he told me “that’s dramatic” and rolled his eyes. His diagnosis consisted of his opinion only and poking my face in 4 places and each arm with a safety pin. I have NEVER been so disrespected by a medical professional. I refused to schedule my follow-up appointment as I will never again pay to be treated so rudely by a so-called medical “professional.” After reading the other reviews-I think he actually did me a favor. I know not to waste anymore time with this guy.

Not a people person. Horrible bedside manners. Doesn’t let the patient explain anything that is going on. If you try to speak, he cuts you off. Talks down to the patient as if their problem is their fault. Leaving in tears after seeing this dr.

Dr Wright is a good physician. He spent a lot of time with me. He was honest about my illness, unlike the other 4 neurologist I had seen in the past. He is not a medicine pusher unlike many are just to get a kick back from the drug companies. I highly recommend him.

He is the best worst Dr I’ve ever had, his problem is he’s too self righteous, he speaks to you as if you’re ignorant and you’re beneath him. I would love to say he’s a zero star…..

I've been seeing Dr. Wright for several years regarding Frequently for migraines. He found a combination of treatments that work for me.

I have been seeing him for a while and he explains things in depth, and he has really helped with my severe migraines. If he does not know something he will say that instead of guessing! Awesome Dr.

Called to see if they were in network with my insurance name that I specifically named & was told to call my insurance simple question run around next I asked what was their earliest appt & was told to talk to the receptionist, which was fine but why did they hang up the phone instead of transferring me over. I'm laid off as of last week & have a time limit on my insurance. This is what's considered "Horrible Customer Service" & I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.
