Land Appliance truck illegally driving on the sidewalk in residential neighborhood to avoid contruction. No regard for human life!

These people really need to work on who they hire to answer their phones. Every time I have called I get yelled at rudely. And I have spoken to multiple people there. They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. They are also extremely inefficient. Two months to complete a repair because of all the bureaucracy. Terrible!

Every time I called this company, a disrespectful and disgruntled employee give me an attitude. All I want is a new stove for my business but they keep giving me the run around. The worst customer experience I ever witnessed, I really wish I can give them 0 stars. This company SUCKS

Very disrespectful! they do not like to work but love to collect a check their technicians and office staff are very poorly trained i pray for everyone in this establishment you guys are one sad case with your little two stars PREVAIL
