Previous owner of a property I purchased had a survey conducted by Landpro Surveying. Called them in early 2022 to redo stakes. Sent over info via email and was told they were 6 - 8 weeks out and would call closer to the date to let me know when they're available. Never called. Reached out again that same year, and nothing. Then called and emailed in 2023 and still no correspondence back. What an unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and skip them and call a company who actually wants your business and will pick up the phone or reply to their emails. Wound up going with Survey Land Express out of Atlanta.
My experience with Land Pro Surveying was great. I was impressed with the fast reply times when I made contact or when I had questions. All of their employees were professional and courteous. LandPro got the job done when they said they would and had all my reports back to me in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again when I have need!
James Radar and his staff did a fantastic job for my client and I on 7+ acres in Canton. They were out at the property 2 days earlier then scheduled and had the survey completed and back to us well within our due-diligence period. They provided timely responses to scheduling, inquiries, and requests for additional data. Our architect recommended Landpro as a trustworthy and expert group and we were not disappointed.
They did a terrific job for me on a larger lot. There are outbuildings near the property lines for the home I recently purchased. Landpro did a terrific job helping me know that there was an encroachment. I was able to enlist the help of the seller prior to closing and get things cleared up. I would certainly use them again.
Looking for a reliable, trustworthy and reasonable surveyor? Landpro provides professionals who know what they are doing. After a bad experience with somebody else, Landpro surveyed my difficult property absent pins, thick woods, very hilly, left clear markers and sent me good documentation. All for a reasonable price and in the time promised. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again the next time I need a surveyor.
Landpro Surveying & Mapping has done a few projects for me. I was introduced to them by a large architect firm Harrison Design. They are very competitive on pricing, they are quick and can always answer questions regarding surveying. I would highly recommend and always refer them to clients. James, personally goes out of his way to make sure you get your survey when you need it.
