I'm new to TN and needed to purchase some scrubs for my new job! I'm really thankful that the ladies who work here were super friendly and helpful throughout the process. They have a great selection of styles and sizes, and if it's not in stock they'll order it for you! 10/10 would recommend
I had a great experience at this store due to Katie. Every time I have been in the store she is a super star. She makes sure u have what u need and smiles all day. Landau is lucky to have her. In a time when nurses can buy on line it’s important to have people like Katie who make u want to come back and shop. She is a winner
This location has some of the best customer service! They are so very helpful not only when getting the perfect work uniforms... but also so very understanding when it comes to everyday life! I can not say enough positive things about these amazing ladies!!! Also thank you Katie true super hero in my eyes!
I absolutely love the staff at Landau in Cordova! I have been coming to them for a couple of years now, and they are always kind, enthusiastic, and super helpful. They always help me make the right selection, and I have always been happy with my purchases. Their kindness and personable approach made my uniform shopping trip something to enjoy and to look forward to in the future.
Friendly service. Nice ladies working here. Not a big selection of men's scrubs but they ordered what I needed and will ship. Personally I think y'all need to stock more in store because otherwise I could've just started home and ordered these on Amazon and had it shipped quicker. Just my opinion. No problems encountered other than limited selection.
Excellent customer service. You can find ever thing you're looking for. Service with a smile. The ladies that work their are friendly kind and thoughtful. Yes, you can get your name on your uniform. Yes, it takes 6 to 8 business days to return. The engraving on your uniform always excellent just the way want.
I had an issue with exchanging some pants. . This store went above and beyond for me. Great customer service! I will be making all of my uniform purchases here from this point on. The tall, African American manager deserves a raise for what I put her through: She was very understanding and never made me feel guilty for my exchange.
The ladies at the Landau were both extremely helpful and pleasant. I was immediately greeted and after I explained what I was looking for the staff pulled different styles and sizes for me to try on. I did make a purchase and I will definitely use this location for my future scrubs.
Awesome customer service! I read all of the reviews and was quite skeptical about going to this location. But boy was I wrong! This is a new staff and Katie and the other young ladies are awesome! My go to place for Algeria shoes and compression socks. I love the different styles and colors of their support socks. Keep up the go work ladies.
The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what uniforms I needed to start Nursing classes this semester. I was in and out with everything I needed in less than 20 minutes! They are extremely professional and very customer-oriented; I will definitely buy future uniforms from this store!
