I love this salon! Everything about this experience was seamless and exceeded expectations! I was able to book an appointment easily online, I had my appointment confirmed 2 times which I appreciated!, the parking was easy and accessible, the salon smelled AMAZING when I walked in, and I was greeted by the sweetest man at the front desk, who immediately whisked me away to the waiting area to enjoy complimentary beverages  try the Aveda comfort tea - it is wonderful.  Within about 10 minutes, my new colorist Olivia greeted me and we were able to get started with my face-framing highlights earlier than my appointment time! At this point, I am SO pleased with how well this business runs, that I know I am going to have a great experience.  AND I DID! Olivia is so great - a talented hair colorist and a wonderful human to spend time with. She nailed the color I had hoped for, and it looks even better than I imagined! I feel like a brand new woman. I had such a pleasant experience. Next time I am working in Salt Lake, I will be coming here! I highly recommend Olivia for your hair coloring needs!Service:&nbsp;Hair highlighting

Found this salon almost seven years ago when my husband bought me a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day and I’ve been coming back ever since. Mainly for the essential oil massage before the haircut and the scalp massage during the shampoo. It’s the perfect little treat yourself moment. I just recently started seeing Sonya for my haircuts and I love her to pieces. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to and I always leave her chair feeling like a weight is lifted off my shoulders and my head. It’s well worth the price.Services:&nbsp;Haircut

Olivia did a fantastic job! I’m a pretty simple gal and just wanted a trim with layers but with my thin hair I do like it a particular way. She did exactly as I liked it and my hair looks healthy and stylish again. Also very easy to chat with and sweet as can be. Had a Great Experience at the Salon it was my first time getting my hair done here. Jenny was my hair Stylist Highly recommend made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and gave amazing tips. Did an Amazing Job with my hair loved my hairstyle.And she even got my sister coffee Overall a Great Experience definitely will be back in 6 months.

Darling girl. Yet I specifically told her I didn't want any thinning. To keep the fullness and length on my hair. I showed her how I wanted the back stacked and to keep the fullness and length on my hair.  SHE did not !! I had to bring up while she was doing my hair that I was growing it out and just wanted it shaped. To get her to stop thinning my hair. I would love to find a salon in the state of UTAH that does what you ask when you pay $44.00 plus tip or more on a haircut.  I would like to find a salon when you are paying good money to get your hair done. THEY don't offer their training new girl to do a nice hair cut.  I am a returning customer. But I am DONE getting hair done in the state of UT in the salons here. I will travel to AZ or CA to get my hair done the way I need it and ask.  NOT sure how hard it is to follow the instructions and the picture and the saying. I just spent the past 5 months growing out my hair from the last BAD hair cut.  To find a higher end salon and get the same cut I could have gotten at Supercuts for $19.00 instead.  VERY sad.  She didn't show me the back of my hair when I left. When I got home my happy went to melt down.  Everything I just spent the past 6-8 months growing out. Was taken off.   The stack I had asked for is not  a stack.  NOW I have to go to my corporate office every morning...with a HORRIBLE hair cut.  And pray the biotin and the hair vitamins I am still taking grows my hair out quickly - I won't be back to your salon. And you can cancel my next appointment.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I can’t explain how happy, excited, confident, and everything in between, I feel after receiving my hair cut and color from Aubree EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! She has out done herself again and again! She always knows what’s best for my hair and I trust her completely! She nails the color, the bleach, the tone, and the cut all while maintaining my hairs’ health! My daughter had her hair cut by Olivia, and she was great. This salon treats your kids like they are regular clients, they consult with them, they shampoo their hair, and style it. Most places just squirt them down, cut it really quickly and send them away, this salon knows how to build loyal clients, even the small ones!Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I brought in a picture of the cut and color I wanted.  It was one I had before I grow out my hair, so I know it was something my hair would do.  It is not what I ended up with, the cut and the color were both off by quite a bit.  I thought it didn't look right, but things change after you get home and work with it.  I called the salon the next day and someone called me back asking what the issue was.  She was very nice and said someone would get back to me to schedule a time to come in to fix it.  So waiting for that call, it's only been 5 day.  So far customer service is great, will update after fix.

Cassie did an amazing job cutting my hair! She took time to understand what I wanted and checked in a lot along the way. She also helped me out with a few changes to my hair care routine that will be a game changer.Services:&nbsp;Haircut
