Landmark Services Co-Op

So happy with service. Our furnace has been acting up and on NYE it stopped working. I had another furnace repair company come out. When they arrived the furnace started working, so the guy basically said well it is working and left. 2 hours later it stopped again, but luckily restarted. Fast forward to 1/3/14 and the furnace stopped again. This time I called Landmark Services at a recommendation from a friend who was very happy with them. They arrived earlier than they predicted and the guy was nice, friendly and explained to me about the furnace. Like NYE the furnace started when the repair man arrived but the repair man continued to check and look at things to find a problem. He went through checking all parts and pipes outside. He was able to fix our furnace and the price was amazing. One fee to come out a trip/diagnostic fee and then just charged a reduce rate for a "tune up". I will only be using Landmark for my HVAC needs! Thank you!!!!
