Landmark Surgery Center

I have now been here twice in the past year for two different procedures. Both times, the staff were excellent at making me comfortable and help me relax even though I was nervous about being awake for the procedures. One nurse did an awesome job distracting me with some questions and before I knew it,I was done. I was in and out faster than I expected, as well, which is nice to be able to get home and start healing. The first time, I was scheduled with a completely different practice. They didn’t give me ANY information about what to expect for a neck injection, which was one of my biggest fears to have done. I decided to get a second opinion through Summit since I had been happy with their service previously for other things. They answered all my questions and even added more information to help put my mind at ease. They even did their best to schedule me quickly so I didn’t have much time to continue being nervous about it. Hands down, Summit is great and I highly recommend them.

I had a horrible experience here. Everyone was very disrespectful, unkind, and seemed to have much better things to do than take care of their patients. I had one nurse in particular her name was Heather P that was by far the rudest, could not care less about me & my feelings, she definitely thought she was hot stuff & better than anybody in that surgery center. I’ll never be back & y'all should make Heather go to some kind of “how to treat people with kindness” training.

I have had 3 cortisone injections at this location and dr. Choi and her, and her team have always been exceptional! They are never late with appointments, very professional and informative, and they always get to know the patient with empathy and strive to make them feel better. I will always trust this location.

Horrible experience. My wife Had a simple arm break in her alena arm And evidently you need surgery every time you break a bone these days .because there's no money . Putting a cast on . and be very careful on what surgeon you use because some of them don't know what they're doing causing four surgeries. And just so everybody knows you can't sue for malpractice unless they cut your limb off on accident. Also note that this place only has a good score on Google because apparently they do not let people give them one star reviews because I lived a review with one star and it never was published so I had to give them a better score in order to put this on there beware.

My 4 year old broke her arm and we were referred there by the ER. I was a little hesitant because they aren’t pediatric specific, but they are were amazing. From the nurses, to the anesthesiologists and Dr. Delaney the surgeon, everyone was amazing. They were so good with me and my daughter. They made sure to explain everything that was happening and that we understood. A special shoutout to Dr. Delaney for being so thorough and answering my million questions. I would absolutely recommend them.

I am scheduled to have surgery 2nd at this location in the past year. 1st time was a wonderful experience. I'm writing now before my 2nd surgery bcuz I am horrified by the rudeness of the secretary answering the phone. I will not go into details, but want it be known that anyone calling for any information better have a specific person to speak with..do not try to converse with someone who is so curt.

I found the staff at Landmark Surgical Center St. Paul to be very helpful and professional. Shortly after I arrived, I was getting prepped for surgery and I was given all the information I wanted about the procedure. My doctor answered all my questions and the procedure went very smoothly. Afterward staff went over what my home care would require and the doctor stopped in and checked to see if I had any further concerns. The only flaw I experienced was the poor information on how to find their office and how/where to park.

I had a great experience - all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I got in very fast for my surgery and everything went well. And I can't believe I've healed so fast!
