Their business model is based on collecting "diagnostic " fee and never come back or return calls. After 20 some calls , they will send a letter and some legal doc saying the part of $will be returned if you don't post any negative comments on the social media.

I had a dishwasher to be installed by lane from my home. The installer came to my home on time, was polite and professional. I was worried by previous reviews but I would use them again.
