I was in the store on 12/20 to pick up an order that was supposed to be shipped from the corporate Lane Bryant. I ordered in November, I had received a partial shipment earlier in the month. The packing slip said other items would be shipped separately. Well they weren’t. This was for a Christmas present. Denise saved the day. She went above and beyond with great customer service, found as many of the items in store as she could for me and honored the prices from the Black Friday sale. She saved my daughters Christmas present and my sanity. That is what true customer service is about. Something that is rare in this day and age. 10/10

Joni is the best! If you have to go to lane Bryant go to this one a specially if your buying a bra! I was fitted wrong and I've been in pain and discomfort. Joni refitted me for my bra and I feel amazing! I felt so good I bought a shirt and I look and feel amazing. I bought the comfort bliss no wire bra amazing bra!
I had not been in here in quite some time. I love cacique! Latesha was a complete gem, very sweet and professional even my 8 year old daughter had made a comment about how nice she was. I will need to come in here more often.
Are you fat? Maybe a little chubby? Do you like feminine clothes? Then you know this place. Cheap fast fashion at boutique prices simply because it's plus sized, that's Lane Bryant in a nutshell. I hate this store but sometimes a person needs new panties and you KNOW you're not gonna find 4x sizes anywhere else. Anyway the reason this location is getting 3 stars instead of 1 is because it's clean, like immaculant, and the staff are nice af!

I was just helped here today, i came in because I was on my last bra and it didn't fit right. They helped me get $300 worth of bras for $200 and I was even able to get some undies in that. The lady who helped me was so kind and polite, I'm so happy I went in today.
Had a great time trying on several things, being fitted for a new bra, they were very helpful and made sure I was comfortable during the fitting. I hate shopping for clothes, and they made it enjoyable. Boyfriend had to come looking because I was taking so long! :
Super happy with the customer service at this store! The ladies working here are amazing! 15 years, 60 pounds and three years of breastfeeding since I've been sized for a bra and I had a wonderful, helpful, friendly experience finding the right style and sizing to make me feel great. So great I splurged on other clothing items to compliment my new, literal, lift. Thank you for excelling in you craft! Edit: shout out to Kenya and Tiffany!
Tiffany was very helpful. Clean and organized store. Found everything I was looking for quickly.
