The ladies are all so helpful. This is a great place to get sized for a bra. They make sure you feel comfortable and get the perfect. I felt like a princess how they waited on me and all my questions and different outfit changes. It helped that it was a little slower that day!

I love Lane Bryant and never have issues. Today I went into the Howell Mill location and no one greeted me. No one came up to me as I was looking confused and walking around trying to figure out what was what and if there were any sales. Get better staff at this location and maybe I’ll return.

Nice clothes, clean and organized environment. Sales lady was friendly, and I would definitely shop their again if in town.

Staff is very nice and more selection than Mall stores.
