Best service ever! Wishing they had more bras my size. Only 2 available qns left with both. For me, "bras are a must try on before buy". Usually buy 6 at a time.
Returned an item and had questions about my return as the transaction showed up as 0.00 credit at my bank. The sales women were eude and didn't help me with my questions, simply stating, "I don't know, it's our system. "
They had a lot of inventory of all sizes which isn't always true of LB. Good sales. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Now I know why I have to avoid them!!! What should've been $100 in unders ended up at $500 of "ooohhh...lookit" and unders. TAKE. MY. MONEY.
WENT IN TO PICK UP PANTS FOR MOM & ENDED UP MEETING NEW STAFF, COURTNEY, WHO FOUND JUST WHAT MOM WANTED!! BTW, STAFF ARE ALWAYS GREAT & TO THINK IT WAS ONLY COURTNEY'S SECOND DAY- GOOD JOB, GIRL!!
This afternoon I shopped at Lane Bryant for the first time and I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. The stylist who helped me was Roby. He was attentive, insightful, innovative and kind. The rest of the staff was also supportive and friendly. I was made to feel welcome, heard, and supported . The store was clean and well kept. Everyone obviously knew the inventory and were happy to recommend what I might be looking for, as well as things outside of my comfort zone. I not only enjoyed their attention myself, but I got to witness them taking care of other customers as they walked in the store. If I didn't already have a job, this is the sort of environment. I would love to work in. This team makes this place excellent. I am grateful for the service I received. Not only will I be back, but I will happily recommend this location to others! Come shop here if you want to feel good about yourself in the skin that you're in!
I came in looking for a bra and the ladies working were so nice! I had never been fitted and was not sure exactly what size I was. They helped me tremendously and I left with a bra that fits PERFECTLY. It’s literally so Comfortable and does not hurt to wear all day which is something I struggled with before. Definitely recommend this store location. They were very helpful and kind.
I have always thought it takes charm and politeness to be good in sales especially when you are selling clothes. I have been to this store several times and I have mixed feeling about their service the ladies who work regularly there are nice and helpful but the ins and outs not my kind of people. When a customer service representative makes me feel uncomfortable something is wrong.
If I could leave less stars I would. I ordered some items and they were shipped to the store in 2 separate packages. I called when the 1st arrived and was told they would call me when the 2nd arrived but that I would also receive an email letting me know they were there and that I would have 30 days to come get my packages. I was also told they would give a courtesy call before they started sending the package back. Well, I never received the email about the second package and today they decided to start the process of sending my items back. It hasn't been 30 days yet and I called and spoke to someone who let me know my items were still there and that I could go get them today 4/4. I show up and they let me know I have to pay for the items again because IT couldn't reverse the return. I already voiced that I was upset about not being told that they were going to return my items and then they don't bother to call and let me know they couldn't reverse the return making me waste my time, money and gas. The store needs in overhaul on how customer service works. Also, I don't have any idea where my second package is and neither do they.
Absolutely the best help! The staff today was so amazing and helpful! After three years the same gentleman has been helping me and picks out the best outfits! A plus staff.
Omgosh, I was not looking forward to going in and trying on strapless bras & tummy tucker panties getting married and feeling self conscious, especially after having ordered several different types/sizes but to no avail. Anyway, the young lady that helped me, Mahaila hope that's right totally went out of her way to help me until I found what I needed, running back and forth to my fitting room. She was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. THANK YOU MAHAILA @ASPEN GROVE!
