When I picked up my items, there were 2 pairs of pants that still had stains on the fabric. I examined the items before I left the cleaners. The staff failed to offer any reimbursement for the poor service. When I arrived home, I was able to removed the stains within 15 minutes. I will never use this service in Boston. A reliable place to get your dry cleaning. I’ve been going to Lapel’s for years and each time I pick up my dress shirts, they are pressed perfectly without any awkward creases on any part of the shirt. They’ll have your shirts ready within a couple of days and the drop-off bin is convenient. The employees are very friendly.

I use the Brookline Avenue location. While I have no complaint about the cleaning/laundry service, the woman behind the counter seemed slightly annoyed to have a customer come in. A greeting and a thank you would have been nice!
