Really good experience- great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. I went in for help with a software problem. The technician fixed it, which is great! The technician also identified that I had a dangerously expanding laptop battery. It's never fun to pay for a new battery, but that catch saved my entire laptop. A seriously good catch!

They diagnosed an issue with my desktop and also built a PC using parts I brought them. They were very friendly, helpful, and very communicative. Definitely recommend! I even had general questions for different pc part and monitor recommendations and they provided great options there too!

I took my laptop in to get fixed because I spilled water on it over a year ago and never went to get it fixed until now. The customer service was good and they were pretty quick with repairing it. I definitely would go back again.

I do not recommend this business to anyone since they are not trustable, unprofessional, commit fraud, and completely lie about their 90-day money-back guarantee. Ask them about the receipt they ordered for your device if they mentioned replacing any parts. They substitute components from other devices with those in your device and claim you ordered it from the genuine supplier. They looked at my laptop and informed me that the motherboard needed to be replaced. I agreed with them and gave them the money, but after a few days of use, I found that my laptop was operating very slowly. I returned a few times, but they were unable to fix it. When I questioned them about their 90-day money-back guarantee, they refused to give me my money. When I demanded to see the order confirmation for the motherboard, they gave me illogical excuses. They short guy over there logic is ridiculous.

Not as helpful replacing two number keys on laptop. I called to inquire the missing keys and was told to bring in the laptop immediately. I asked several times what the cost would be an how much money I should bring however I was never told a price. I bring the laptop in an was told to come back within 1-2 days. I received a receipt showing $65 due at pick up, I asked what this price intel's an was told towards any services. I received a text message the following day saying the entire keyboard needs to be replaced for $325. I declined the repair and was charged $65 even tho nothing was done or repaired to the laptop and asked several times how much is needed. I researched online missing keys and found cost is only $5 with shipping and YouTube video shows details on how to replace missing keys just place model number of laptop and brand simple fix, unfair customer service, unclear communication.
