Darnell arrived on-time and was very personable. I explained the concern of possible malware on my laptop and he conducted a thorough scan of my system. After that he helped me reset my wifi passwords and secure my laptop further. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to while we waited for the scan to complete. Highly recommend this place for all your computer needs!
Laptop Repair Geeks did a great repair job for us, very quickly and conveniently, with terrific communication, and at a very reasonable price. We feared that our laptop was dead, as it wouldn't turn on. But instead, it was the recharger assembly that was broken and needed to be replaced. They scheduled pickup, ran the diagnostics, and provided us with an estimate in a matter of hours. They did the repairs and delivered it back to our house on the same day. And they communicated with us throughout the process as to what was happening and what the next steps would be. Great job!
My laptop has become a bit unhinged, and, needing a repair, I thought to contact this well-reviewed company. While I cannot offer a rating on their repair work, I can highly recommend their customer service and support: after seeking a quote on a hinge repair, Richard emailed me to let me know my laptop was in warranty and therefore this particular repair would be best done directly through Lenovo; but what is useful, he offered thorough and excellent guidance on how best to seek out the repair I need.
Great and fast service. I was hesitant at first about them having to pick up my laptop instead of me dropping it off. However, it turned out to be a fantastic service. I am a satisfied customer and will return if I develop any future computer issues.
Excellent experience from start to finish, and I never felt like a number. The technician worked around my schedule to complete the service in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Highly recommended!
