This is the first time I have done business with Laquerres but so far they have been excellent to work with. Two years ago we bought a Mahindra mPact UTV from CCR in Essex. That was a big mistake that actually almost cost me my life. No Joke. Thank goodness Mahindra themselves intervened on my behalf because CCR did nothing but lie to us with the worst customer service I have ever seen. However, when the throttle on our UTV froze open a few weeks ago (another life threatening ordeal), we  found out the Laquerres is now a Vermont dealer for Mahindra. Big difference in dealers!! They made the call to Mahindra to be sure this was going to be under warranty, they got it in quickly and just called to tell me they fixed the throttle as well as a few other minor problems...all at no charge to us!! Friendly, fast and hopefully good work, we will see!  But right now I give this business 5 stars!
