Have to ask for maintenance or repairs for years. Told them end of August my garage door was broken. Found out my property manager was no longer there in October after numerous messages. Now my pipes are frozen and no response from them. I have weeds for a lawn and my snow had not beem removed. I shovelled Christmas Day! Nothing since. For $360 a month I spend far too much time asking them to do their job that takes years for them to do. What a great NON-management company! Running my tap water now probably until 2020!

As a real estate agent trying to deal with this company for our clients it has been an extremely bad experience. We were spoken to in iincredibly rude manor. They claimed ignorance on something they are responsible for. We had to continually chase after them for something that should have been a simple fix. As someone in the industry who deals with property management on a regular basis, I can tell you this is not how things should be handled and we are still waiting for things to be resolved. I am blown away at how rude we have been treated. I truly hope they change they approach.

My experience seems to match up perfectly with the other reviews and experiences expressed on here (this alone should be a warning) To see not just clients/owners of larlyn managed properties frustrated, dissapointed and downright angry but also real estate agents, and lawyers too left exhausted when burdened with the task of having to deal with larlyn is shocking. I don't know what else to add that hasn't been already addressed in previous reviews - as many of the complaints reflect exactly what I had to deal with - at least they are consistent! I'll echo the thoughts mentioned on Robert Susnjar... I mean, where to begin... Aggressive, loud, incredibly rude and uncouth backed by his similarly smug, incompetent and dishonest regional director Audrey Macguire. These two really are pair. I imagine this review would be met immediately with a disingenuous, defaulted apology like all the others - does it not strike anyone as strange that their responses to all of this negative feedback look all too familiar: "we're sorry for your experience please contact client relations..." Allow me to stop you there as I already contacted client relations when I needed them most... no response at all... nothing. So it's a nice gesture on their behalf to make it look as though the company actually cares for its clients but I've got a first hand, visceral taste for how Larlyn operates. Fool me once... Cannot stress this enough, there's many options out there - STAY AWAY FROM LARLYN!!!

I have rated Larlyn a 1 star because there wasn't an option for 0 stars. We have had several terrible experiences dealing with them and specifically Robert Susnjar. He is very difficult to deal with, extremely rude and very unprofessional. We are not the only ones who have voiced this opinion within our complex. There were several instances where we tried endlessly to contact them for information on our condo funds and they would not give us answers. This occurred for several weeks. They could not provide us any information on what was being spent, nor what was predicted to be spent with our condo fees and reserve fund. Several conversations that we had not only verbally but via email were not even communicated in formed sentences. This is the management in charge of the funds... I was told on several occasions "not my problem" or "it's 5 minutes past 5pm, I should be going home but instead I stay to talk to you". It is so unbelievable you would think I am making this up, but I have proof. I would never recommend another person to buy into a condo complex or especially not into the Brownstones. The board members need to look to each other and do something about this incompetent management company... I attempted to contact client relations when we had these issues and no one emailed/called me back.

You can NEVER EVER talk to this guys in your first or 10th attempts. If you got complained about by an absolute idiots, these guys bully you by sending first and last letter threatening you that next letter will cost you $500. They raise condo fee without any explanations. They know the building is about to collapse, yet they give you no warning. They sometimes double charge you, but to refund you takes months. Go to thier office and the receptionist behaves as if you are begging for food (they may change after reading this). Yes, call to book for recreational room, they rush to pick up the phone and tell you how much it will cost you. They don't deserve any star at all. Work hard jobs so painful, but these guys put leans on your property like the only option to save thier behind. One star is not what they deserve, but you got to give them to be able to post your review. Stay away from any property they manage.
