Jose and his team were great! We had to move 3 bedrooms and a lot of kids stuff. They disassemble and reassembled our cribs and moved us 30 miles in about 3-4 hours. We were happy to see them take care of our furniture and didn’t damage anything. The rate was reasonable and the team was accommodating with our requests. I would certainly use them again for future moves.
First, I want to thank Ricardo for all his arrangements, emails, phone calls that I initiated in asking questions & logistics to finally get this set up. You have been very patient. Ricardo - you are a true professional and certainly know the moving industry. The gentlemen you have sent for this 2-bedroom apartment move is/are extraordinary. I can't thank Rudy and Mario enough. They blew me away with their efficiency. Absolutely NO time wasted at all! Hard workers, non-stop since 10:00 am. - just left my location at around 5:15 pm-5:30 pm to head over to the new place in Hercules. Great attitudes, expert packing, and movers. Around 2:30 pm they called another gentleman to help to speed up the move. His name is/was Brian. He also displayed the same attributes and dedication to the job as Mario & Rudy. These 3 guys worked very well together. The truck looked like a "work of art". Clean, organized, maximizing space, non-stop up/down the stairs carrying multiple boxes each time. The picture was taken around 3:00 pm. The truck was completely full when they left. Seriously, I am amazed at these guys and this moving company. No wonder every single Yelp for this company is all 5 stars.!! Very, very deserved. To the owner of Larro's. These guys were very hard and upstanding gentlemen. I hope you appreciate their commitment to doing their part to keep 5-star ratings going. I'm sure you do appreciate them and compensate them well. They certainly deserve it. I will always recommend this company and these workers. Outstanding work gentleman. Kindly, please share my comments with them. Thank you so much! David M Alameda, CA
Larro's contacted me a couple of days in advance to provide an inventory list so they could be prepared. I hired a two-man crew from Larro's to do my move from a shared roommate situation in San Francisco to a studio in Oakland. The guys were great, and they arrived on time, giving me a call before they arrived so I could be ready. They made quick work of my boxes and furniture and tactfully ignored both my crying and hovering. They were very efficient and arrived about five minutes after I did to the new place. The whole move took less than three hours and that was with the disassembly and reassembly of my bed. Larro's is very reasonably priced, and I can't recommend them enough.Services: Local moving
I used Larro's yesterday for a 1BR move within SF. The three-person team was on time, clean, efficient and really thoughtful about how they carried everything. They were careful about maneuvering even the toughest spaces and didn't scuff any of the walls of either apartment. Even though the move into a third-floor, stairs only no elevator must have been pretty tiring for them, they kept up a swift pace and never once complained. Thank you - I would highly recommend!
Can't say enough good things about Larro's Moving. Fair price. Jose and his crew showed up 15 minutes early to a 2 location pick-up/1 location drop-off move. We did our best to pack and have things ready for their arrival, and the Larro crew made quick work entire move, pick ups and drop off, done in just under 2 hours of all our belongings. They took the time to scope everything out before starting to load the truck and asked for any special instructions. We had a couple fragile/heavy items and Jose and team took the utmost care with them. They quickly wrapped and padded up all other items. Everything arrived in our new home quickly and in perfect condition. Thanks Larro team!
Sadly I was very disappointed. We moved them a year ago, no issues everything was fine. However this year when they moved us they broke our 65" 4K LCD TV putting a knee though it while trying to secure it. The TV still had its plastic casing on it and wasn't even a year old. They assured us on the day of the move it would be taken care of but when we contacted them they said we had to wait, until we had they had the paperwork. We followed up for multiple days in a row with no response. Finally several days after they responded saying despite having paid for insurance, tvs are considered a "high risk move" and required a box, which they never mentioned before the move. In the end they told us they would only pay .55 a pound which is silly because thin screen tvs are more expensive the lighter they are. They offered us a whole $75 which is not even a penny to the dollar. We were incredibly disappointed by how this was handled. We spent thousands of dollars with them across the moves and had referred several friends. Suffice to say we won't be doing that in the future, the insurance is a racket since it covered nothing. We paid more in tip than what we got for the TV.
