Larry's Ice Cream

My vanilla chocolate chip ice cream cone with a perfect ending to a very long day. Homemade ice cream that is very creamy and actually made by the owner.

This place was great. The ice cream was really good. Service was fantastic. It is a little hidden gem that has been there over 30 years. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stopped by for dessert after dinner. I was able to try one sample, I tried the strawberry cheesecake, which I wasn’t a fan of. Instead, I chose the butter pecan in a cup,which I enjoyed. It was the perfect amount of sweet. The baklava was amazing. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by.

The old lady running the shop is as sweet as her ice cream. I walked and asked her for her famous “Jack Daniel’s” Ice-cream but unfortunately she didn’t have any. She told me “I’ll make it next week for you”, made my week. <3 Also, you can’t go wrong with any flavors there, must go in DuPont if you’re craving ice-cream :

Supporting small businesses is extremely important to me. However this establishment will not be one of them. I came in with someone last night after wanting ice cream. He didn’t want to come here but said it was the closest one. We walked in and the people at the counter were friendly to the previous patrons; however, when we walk up their demanor changed. No smile or anything in fact the woman had the worst attitude I have ever seen. The person I was with was uncomfortable being there but when she returned her attention to the previous guests it was friendly banter. I felt that it had something to do with the fact that I looked nothing like the other patrons. So no I won’t be returning to the place and If I could give it a negative I would but I wanted to detail my experience.

Larry’s was fantastic! A group of us went a few minutes before closing on a Saturday, and the two people behind the counter were still so friendly and accommodating!! The ice cream and baklava were delicious, and we will definitely be back :

Am very disappointed to say that I ordered GUAVA sorbet and was handed a pistachio creamy flavor instead. Paid overpriced ice cream just to get the wrong flavor. When I asked if it was guava, he responded very meanly saying that I didn't order guava and instead ordered a name with a similar sound. He was very rude and insisted that I said I wanted a scoop with a different flavor. No offers for a refund or even an apology when clearly even the people who ordered infront of us heard me say guava. Do not recommend, quite upset by the experience.

The ice cream was so good. Better than cold stone as far as the taste of the ice cream. Not as many toppings options as cold stone. This is definitely our top pick in this area.

The ice cream here is amazing. They have a lot of different flavors like lavender and green tea and it's all really creamy and delicious! I tried the regular chocolate and cinnamon oatmeal cookie dough. It was the best combination!

Great little ice cream shop. You can tell this place has been here a LONG time, but it's great. There person at the front counter was friendly and we never felt rushed, even when other people were coming in. The ice cream is great.
