People inside can't even smile at u or say hi, including the dock office lady, very bad, no greetings or even look at u while she's talking to you , customer service really needs to be improved.

If I could give a zero I would all they are good at is f****** off it seems like nobody there knows what the f*** they're doing don't go if you don't have to and if you do please take a nap that's how long they take

Let's face it, this is Larsen farms, so what did you expect? This place is known the world over for being slower than the seven year itch. My company pays detention pay for me to be here, so it is no big deal. About 3 more visits and i should have enough money to retire on. For the rest of you guys who bust your butt day in and day out just trying to feed your family and service an ungreatful world, my heart goes out to you. If your looking for a good place to pickup at try henningsens in twin falls. They are straight up with you and treat you right. Apparently these folks dont understand the adage, "What goes around, comes around."

Scale on site, no charge.. friendly ppl here.. been coming in here for the last couple of years and never a prob

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. Takes them forever to get you loaded, and the help are not very friendly, don't recommend this place at all
