I love this property I really appreciate their help, at helping me get into my dream apartment love the space and love the respect that the front office gives me here. I’ll recommend this property to anyone of my friends because it’s a great area and quite and nice clean up to date apartments come check them out asap.

I liked a lot but I did not meet the requirements. The Lady on the front desk Yanis explain me perfectly about all the proces to rent because I want to rent my first apartment.

Nice people in the office, Yanis work with me super hard. Nice apartments I am so glad I am living in here, so calm and quiet. Thanks

Yanis is AMAZING she was so sweet and professional she is very quick with communicating and calling back and updating me with information pertaining to me leasing I LOVE HER!

I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone....cops are always here...you always hear gunshots since I have lived here there was a shootout 60 rounds shot in front of my window....a 15yt old boy killed recently by mailbox....it's always dirty outside trash everywhere.... laundry machines never work ...I can't wait to get out of here

The literal worst place to live. If i could give 0 stars i would. My apartment was broke into and robbed between 10am and 5pm on a Thursday and the apartment complex “didn’t notice a broken window” when they have maintenance walking and driving around all day. The property manager told us our window would be fixed by the next day, the window company came and took measurements and left. We wait 5 days before our window got fixed. After the window was finally fixed, the guy they sent out must have been very unqualified or in a rush and didn’t even secure the window back in place so we came home to yet another broken window. Our apartment was wide open to those same burglars who stole our stuff for 5 HOURS due to the negligence of the window company and the property manager. The property manager is very very unhelpful. She dodges questions and gives you only half the answer. We asked for the corporate number and they basically refused to provide us with that. Do not waste your time or money on the apartment complex. They are ridiculous and only care about collecting that rent instead of insuring the safety of the residents here.

Roach infested very very bad!!! I no longer live there but my mother n law does and the roaches crawl on everything even the ceiling...food utensils while shes cooking...u dont offer pest control weekly but u really should. We spray it ourselves frequent and they come running on the ceiling out the door...the are in the shower bath tub...come out the drains...its terrible and i would not recommend to anyone. It looks good outside because they repainted the buildings but its terrible otherwise!!!

Me and my grandson just moved in these apartments in April of this year and I already want to move,the neighbors upstairs  are really noisy their kids are always running/stomping back and forth across the floor and it's roach infested.Kids are out of control over here,trash everywhere and parking is dreadful asked to transfer to an upstairs but that's a no go.I don't think I'm going to renew my lease next year really not worth it.

My friends lives there i come home from Reno and my pretend sister is telling me of some issues she is having. Ok neighborhood. But people are a lil bit nosey and need to have top flight security in there Craig! But they are cosy apartments. But everywhere we go now there are always going to be undesirables, not homeless! But everyday people

Living here for over a year and been having problems with my AC since day one. I pay my rent on time and I cant get my ac fixed right. They put i a new system last year and i still had to call them 1week ago and now its still not working again !! Its hotter in my apartment then it is outside. An they won't come out to fix it because its not 90 degrees outside! My apartment is 90 degrees.
