Las Palmas Inn

Dropped off some materials for the renovation recently. Crew is good at their job. Nice to see downtown Phoenix getting some renovations and upgrades. Been a mess for a long while.

Should be called The last Resort. I give it 3 for the meer fact they are consistently booked. How I don't know.

The stay was horrible loud neighbors and we figured out that they do not clean the sheet between stays which is gross! We ruffled up the sheets and didn't keep the sheets flat and they said that we messed up the sheets and kept our deposit. All they care about is money.

It is a blessing to just be able to get a room here for a weekly rate on a walk in. I am on parole and have to have a place in order to keep my job. I am just glad I have the job to be able to afford my rent!

One look says it all. This is the kind of place where you worry about bed bugs and sanitation. If choosing again, I'll go down 1 block to the friendship. They maybe owned by the same Corp., however the later is keep up alot better.

This place has cleaned up!! It now has new management and staff. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to everyone!!
