I'm Truly Humbled and Honored By Her Great Service And Great Positive energy and Consistency, Miss Ximena S. has Been Such an Amazing Person and Has Always Treat My Wife And Myself With Genuine Respect And Pleasant Attitude. Second Visit Here And Feel Absolutely Great With Their Food and Service
It was absolutely flavorful. The papusas were delicious. The pork tamale was the only thing I wasn't extremely impressed with. It was way too moist and crumbled into pieces with the slightest touch. The platanos with beans and sour cream were also great. The prices are very affordable and portions are great. I would definitely recommend this place.
Such delicious they close right in time . not early not late! I adore it
One star is because the last time I was there about a year ago the restaurant smelled like sewer, went over again and still smelly. Not sure if the owners or managers are doing something to get that healthy issue fixed, there’s been around of total of 3-4 visits that happened. Food was good and the cashier lady was nice!
Food is always great. Employees are always nice. This is why me and my husband come back. The only thing I have a problem with is that ALL locations are always understaffed even before the pandemic. The poor workers wait on tables, cashier, and get Togo orders ready all while answering phones. That's not good for business and it makes bad customer service.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The one star is for the food being decent, the rest of the 4 empty slots is due to cheating us out of our money and plain lack of customer service. Rude staff, so rude they basically gave me high blood pressure and this is why this review is being written at all..... I grew up in El Salvador and I can say that yes the food is pretty decent here, the Pupusas are extra greasy sadly, and their tamales aren’t made the way they’re supposed to, they lack ingredients and add another lacking authenticity - please do not call them Salvadoran tamales because the way this company is making them is disrespectful lol, they taste fine I guess but to those who think this is the way they’re supposed to taste, nope, the real ones are so much better. Why did we eat here? Well, it’s nice to have food that is similar to the one I grew up with around the area, plus, I’m a few minutes away. We ordered a giant order actually - we spent so much money and half of our order was missing, very upsetting. No social distancing inside. Disappointing. My advice, double check your order... especially when it’s taken by someone named Katalaina
Great tortas, even though they forgot about our order for nearly 20 min as the next family got theirs. Sadly the service was absolutely horrid. Hardly any interaction with the server unless we flagged them down. I would understand if it was busy, but my family and I were the only ones besides another family of 3. Not only that, but as we declined to leave a tip for the bad service, a few days later a transaction on top of our bill for a couple dollars was charged as tip without our consent. If that isn't stone cold, I don't know what is.
It’s been a good 8 years I know this place and still come eat here with my family, it was been pass on to my side of the family and my husband as well. We usually get the regular witch is the cheese pupusas and the revoleta just with one we are already full. Also they make the best carne asada nachos I highly recommend.
Young man with curly hair is rude, needs to learn some manners especially working in customer service! Food was not that great, waited about 40 minutes for food that we didnt even eat. No apologies, nothing. Save your money and try other places.
Ahhhh Pupusas. No one makes them as good as Las Pupusas Restaurants here in Las Vegas, NV. The prices are reasonable and the food is Excellent. Waiting time is also reasonable, prepared fresh and piping hot right to your table. My mouth is Watering at this moment just thinking about their delicious dishes. Bean and Cheese Pupuasas are my Favorite. If you have never eaten them, you are missing out.
