We met with Matt to file our taxes in early April. We signed all the needed paperwork and paid that day. We had been checking the website to see where our refund is, and did not have any luck. Well turns out they NEVER filed our taxes for us. They also put in an extension for us WITHOUT our permission. To top it off, when asked why this happened the manager, Elizabeth, screamed at me and tried to make me feel like I made a mistake. She also did say it is their policy to file an extension for EVERYONE so be aware of that if you choose to go there.

They were very nice and helpful and got my taxes done very fast. The tax return took just a little longer then I thought it would and I still have not received it and it’s almost the end of two week’s.

I was just wondering how long before I get my return..I understand the irs is back logged but I thought I would have gotten my return on the 4th and haven't heard anything about it yet..keep getting its processing

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and treated me as if I was asking stupid questions and she was very short and impatient with the whole conversation. I didn't even get to experience their services before treated poorly. If this is how they treat me on the phone, then I don't want to stick around to see how they treat me in person. VERY poor customer service and interaction. I hope they don't treat every customer like they did me today. I let the lala know I am taking my business elsewhere. They lost a good customer for life. Dodged that bullet

They give the best refund possible, great communication from the tax preparer. At least they don't give you card and tell you funds will be loaded onto card, then charge outrageous fees for using it.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Matt made sure he made everything clear and covered all our bases on filing. Highly recommend doing taxes here
