Zhanna is so professional, gentle and careful to cover each spot. Prices are fair, space is clean, machine doesn’t hurt because there is cold air blowing at the same time.

Do not pass on this place just because it's more modest than the laser spas you might see in commercials. I've been going here for 8 months now and have been really happy with my results so far, and I'll definitely take results over frills any day. I'd recommend this place to literally anyone, but especially if you're like me and have a little more melanin. I spent months comparing places and reading reviews, looking for a place that not only had the right laser for darker skin tones but had actual experience treating darker clients. So glad I chose this place! Zhanna is the best! I was pretty nervous my first session but she was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and respected. She listened to all my concerns and answered my questions. During the session, she was very thorough but also very thoughtful--she asked several times if I was okay or felt any discomfort. I was so impressed that after the first session I paid for a package of 6, and am doing extra sessions now that I've finished them. Zhanna told me right off the bat that people with darker tones may need more than 6 sessions, which I already knew from my own research, but she insisted that we start with 6 and go from there so that I wasn't paying for more than I needed. Really appreciate that level of transparency and integrity. In any case, I'm still seeing great improvement month after month, so I don't mind paying for extra sessions. Overall, I think this place and Zhanna are great! Everything is kept very clean, appointments are always on time if not a little early, easy to reschedule if you need to. Prices are already great, but Zhanna is really good at letting you know if there are options that might save you a little money, and she doesn't pressure you at all to pay for something you may not want or need. Aside from being kind, she clearly knows what she's doing, and is well stocked with everything needed to prep, protect, and treat the skin before and after your session including numbing spray if you need it. She's very clear with aftercare instructions and letting you know what to expect between sessions. Considering this was my very first experience with laser hair removal, this was/is way better than I'd hoped or expected, and I hope others will try this place!Services: Facial hair removal
