Laser Center of New Richmond

My sister had used and recommended the Laser Center in New Richmond and I am glad she did. I have used them for electrolysis to remove unwanted facial hair. Beth has been great in explaining everything that goes on and the treatments have gone very well. I would highly recommend.

Ok, so I decided to re write my review cause I am so frustrated that these people are going to continue to ruin peoples lives. When I came here I did have some textural issues, larger pores and acne...some redness. I told her of all of my diagnoses, this included acne and rosacea. I was interested in a CO2 laser after reading about it. She stated that it would be perfect for me after meeting me. The day of the procedure she she stated that part of the machine was not working and gave me some cream because of this. When we were in the room, my sister a witness, she had her daughter come in to assist. Her daughter is not in this field nor qualified. So her daughter kept telling her to go over spots over and over. THIS IS NOT the right technique. I called several times and they said "oh just wait." and had me come in. They barely even looked at my skin. You would have thought she would have at least used a light. I was so inflamed and had this terrible waxy covering on my face. I was told by another she should have prescribed a steroid. She didn't even have me see the doctor that over sees the clinic. I think that is really weird. I had/have huge holes all over my face she keeps saying are pores..BUT THEY ARE NOT! My forehead has raised scar tissue with holes, cheeks have a sandpaper texture with weird lines all over. I also Still have laser grid squares on my forehead and cheeks. You can see the square of the laser. But she continues to say it's not her fault. I clearly remember how my forehead looked and where she started the laser. It's raised up now because forehead thickness is thin, anyone that knows skin can tell u that, she kept the same depth the whole time. This is wrong procedure along with going over spots over and over. I asked a derm these questions. Skin is different thicknesses in certain spots, but she never adjusted for those spots. I literally have spots of skin missing on the apples of my cheeks. Like she went to hard along with my forehead having raised scar tissue everywhere. This just isn't right. I am now a year and half post this laser. No improvement! I have furrows where I never did before. I asked for money back and they sent me my consent forms. Ok..I have spent so much in doctor bills. I thought they would be decent like they said they would. I hate what they have done to my self confidence. They have ruined it. Please if anyone has any questions..ask. I need to spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. I did come to them with my concerns so many times. She asked if I had keloids. I mean wouldn't that be something you ask prior. She didn't even read my paper work on skin history. I don't have them, but jeez you should know that prior to laser. A lawyer told me to spread the word on this place. They continuously say that this i the way my skin was and its just pores. I know what my skin looked like and so did other people. Stop lying about it. I had huge pores yes, acne yes. I did not have furrows, dots from laser all over the front part of my cheeks. It looks like skin is removed and never grew back from repeating laser over these areas. Raised areas all over forehead. Clear burn from going too deep. Your forehead is a thinner area. dots everywhere that don't look anything like pores. I had doctors tell me she should have never used this type of laser on my skin.

I was there to set up an appointment and the hours said they should be open and doors were locked and no one was there! Hard to give a good review when you can't get service! Wish I could give it a 0 rating!!!!

Thursday at 4pm 12/20/2017 I came to purchase a few gift cards for Christmas and they are not open. Door says Monday- Friday 10am- 5pm. Doors were locked. When I called their number nothing was stated about being closed. Totally bummed. I will have to go somewhere else!!
