The a hole who delivered our hand soaps from bath and body works for this company just launched the box on my porch and busted some soaps and went everywhere. The box says fragile all over it. They deserve 0 stars!

Said they delivered my package but never received it and that stuff was for my sons 1st birthday. I’m extremely disappointed.

My experience was horrible. Whoever had my package said it was delivered and it never arrived. Im assuming whoever was supposed to deliver my package stole it because it never arrived. I had to call the company I ordered my stuff from and have them resend me another package. And lasership never did anything about it.

Horrible service. Kohl’s uses this company for shipping. Not only did I not get my package but I lost my Labor Day discount on my order. The whole purpose of giving an telephone number is if there is a question about the address etc you can call. There is always a problem when they are used as the shipping service.
