A BIG NO! If I could I would rate 0 starts - I used this clinic last year and was a huge mistake. I needed to close a little gap between my teeth and they said they could by using invisaline. They not only made a poor job, but they kept on opening unnecessarily “spaces” between my teeth. I had to find myself another clinic to be able to fix what they did. Their staff keep on changing all the time. They are money hungry and they will tell you they can do whatever just to make your enroll with them. RUN!!!!

Unsatisfied with the level of service provided. They take a long time to get an appointment scheduled. A lot of their dental work I’ve gotten done, I’ve had to go back and get redone. Would not recommend to others based on my experience.

Love/Hate relationship. Placed a call in this morning for my antibiotics- in the past the staff never can get it right on contacting me back but they have no problem in finding me when collecting payments!! this issue was address w/Dr Hatcher in December. Please reach back out to me via my phone # on file once the script has been sent over to the pharmacy. Honestly, if things were done differently I don't think I'd be completely bypassing the Root Canal phase and now needing an emergency Implant on tooth #30 :-

My family has been coming here for years and love this place. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Scott is very patient and works well with my other doctors I have a chronic illness to ensure that I have the best quality of care and proper medications if needed. Extra services are offered, but are optional and they let you know they are optional. The only reason that I did not give five stars is because there can be a lengthy wait at times. I have no problem waiting, because the atmosphere with the music is great!

This is the most Ghetto and money hungry place in Houston. I wish I had read the reviews because I would not have went there. They provide unnecessary treatment and with Dr Scott, my crown fell out 3 times. I saw another dentist 5 years ago and my crown has yet to give me problems. Dr Scott is not good at her job!

Dr. Scott and the entire staff are fabulous. I always have a very pleasant experience. The front office staff are very professional. Dr. Scott and her staff make you feel great about your teeth and provide knowledge about one's oral health that is easy to understand and incorporate into your daily routine. Thanks Lasting Impressions Dental Group for being AWESOME!

The staff is pretty incompetent here. First, they never correctly scheduled my appointment time. I called to get directions, and they had no clue who I was because I wasn't on the books for an appointment even though I had made one weeks in advance. Second, the wait time was insulting. I arrived on time yet I still had to wait an hour because they were backed up. Third, the office staff didn't communicate well with each other. They never performed X-rays on me yet kept referring to them. I told the staff member no X-rays had been done. The staff pointed fingers at each other in a comedy sketch like way blaming the other member for the forgotten X-rays. The one positive note was the orthodontist. She was knowledgeable and professional. I just didn't feel comfortable selecting this office for future use because the orthodontist couldn't make up for the staff. I sincerely hope she finds and trains better staff before they ruin her business and credibility.

My family and I have been patients at Lasting Impressions Dental Group since I was a teenager. Dr. Scott-Cuillier is a terrific dentist that's very professional and caring! Dr. Scott and Staff ensures services are provided in a safe, clean, and calm environment. I've been lucky to volunteer services with Lasting Impressions and Awesome Angels to provide an annual free dental day in the community! I would highly recommend Dr. Scott and the entire Lasting Impressions staff for all dental services!

My entire family has been going to Lasting Impressions Dental for over 5 years. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Scott and Dr. Bautista both are very knowledgeable and thorough in their examinations and care. I'd recommend this practice for families and individual patients.

Be very careful doing business with them. We took my son to have fast braces done and we had to pay a lot out of pocket. Every time he had an appointment we were having to make payments although we have good dental insurance. After we contacted our insurance We found out that Lasting Impressions dental had not submitted any claims. I took this as an honest mistake and communicated this to the business manager. I was told that we didn’t turn in insurance information although I had proof that we did. The office staff doesn’t seem to communicate with each other because every time i call they seem to have forgotten the issue and our previous conversations. To shorten the story I’ll skip to now. We still have not received a dime of the thousands of dollars that they owe us because the insurance company has already paid the claims to this dental office and we were told we’d receive a refund. Sonya, the business manager never returns calls. And I am constantly told it is my fault. The only reason they give us is that the doctor does not have time to sign the refund papers. Frustrating and unprofessional experience. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
