Laufer Nathan MD

Dr. Laufer is very nice and ordered all the test I needed for surgery. The test were completed and those individuals were nice and completed the test. I saw his PA on October 16 and she said the reports would sent to my surgeon and primary doctors. It took 5 faxes and several phone calls to get the reports to my primary November 17. The surgery doctor after 5 faxes never received a things. He is great. Staff sucks!!!!!!!!!!!! Karen Akin

My father was a patient here for many years. After feeling ill, he was admitted into the hospital. While there he underwent a surgery to clip a leaky mitral valve. After the surgery, he went into cardiogenic shock and was on life support. Dr. Laufer was made aware of the situation and sent one of his PAs once to check on him. I could overhear the nurses asking if his own cardiologist was going to bother to visit him. While he was on life support we got several calls from the office to schedule follow up appointments. We repeatedly told staff that he was in ICU and on life support. We lost my dad a few weeks later. We got a call a month after he passed to schedule a follow up appointment. There seems to be a serious lack of care and communication from this office. We would not recommend.

Dr. Laufer is a terrific person. He is very attentive and caring and a great cardiologist.

Dr Laufer and staff are top rated, have gone to him and wouldn't go anywhere else. Not sure about any red haired lady being rude, never have seen anyone with red hair there and never anyone rude. Linda runs the front desk and people don't come any nicer or kinder.

i witnessed this red hair lady in the front desk be so rude, I would hate if someone treated my parents the way she treated this older man. The doctor is great but the service this lady provided to the patient disgust me.
