Laundry City

I've been using this service for about a year and it's always clean, the attendants are pleasant and very helpful. I really recommend this place for doing your laundry. Awesome ms Kay is very pleasant and approachable always smiling. great job keep it up.

My clothes where not dry after 30 mins the dryer was broken they did not give me my 30 mins back I had to put more money on my card and use another dryer that dried my clothes after 30 mins also my clothes didn’t dry because the lint container was full of lint fire hazards so they did not dry I had to ask the lady to come and clean it out also bathroom is a mess smells or urine and toxics all the washing machines have mold in it the change machine is always down Baltimore city health department to needs to come in and close them dow for renovation the The ceilings all have dust mice everywhere

In and out the only issues the employees will allow ppl to hold the carts. It is very ridiculous and even when you persistent about them getting you one or telling people they can not do that. They look at like they do not speak English or you have 8 heads. The little slots where you'd get laundry soap , bleach, bags is broken all the time. Oh and they do peoples laundry so they have a huge section of machines only they can access understandable unless its busy.

Laundry City does a MAGNIFICENT JOB AT DOING THE LAUNDRY A+++ BUT the return is a nightmare. ALWAYS AN EXCUSE. I live in a building where it can not be dropped off so I have to stay home for days waiting for maybe today is the day. Their online ordering system is always broken. The NEW online system provides no pricing information. Set up an account with a cc on file. As usual . . . Friday my laundry was supposed to be delivered but no show. Called and they confirmed for Saturday but at 6:00 still no show. So I called Saturday night and NOW who knew . . . with the new system I have to wait for a manager to remember to issue an invoice BEFORE the laundry can be delivered. So they took the payment over the phone and NOW the price has magically gone up 60% without any notice. They expect you to blindly trust and patiently wait for days for them to get around to delivering. FRUSTRATING BEYOND WORDS. UPDATE: DECEMBER 2022 - Since then I worked with Kim. She issued a refund and we resolved some other issues. The interaction this week was perfect. Laundry came back wonderful as usual and the driver delivered it early. Wow . . . Sometimes if pays off to work through the rough roads. Thank you Kim.

It was a great service. Now I don't onow when there coming, it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten my clothes back. There are too many excuses and no solutions. This is my last time using them. I'm done after this.

I love going here to do my laundry. They open all night which is convenient for me. Their upkeep is excellent considering it to be in bmore.

This is the dirtiest laundry mat I think I have ever been to, from the filthy machine, screens on the machines not working/ and or broken or if you look up you’ll see the extremely dusty tvs hanging above the dryers. The staff is incompetent and useless.

Nice clean friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Miss Kay is awesome!! Lovely people. Love doing my laundry here.

This place went downhill quickly. They used to have great drivers and fast turn around times. This is the third time they have failed to deliver and have lied to use daily about when our laundry will be returned. Please choose a different pick up service.

The night worker Thomas keeps everything clean an up to par smelling good in the facility and his customer service skills is top tier I will be using this Facility again it’s quiet family oriented and very clean
