I tried Walmart then CVS, but couldn't find any sort of wrist brace that worked for my sprain, then  a cop outside CVS suggested I check out this place. I rudely and desperately walked into the shop at 5 mins till 6pm, but the gentleman took his time to listen to my specific need, and even had me try a few braces to see which was best. He was very kind and gentle and helped me put on the brace we had chosen. 
Its been a month, and I now only need the brace if I'm going to do some lifting or pulling, but it is perfect for my wrist injury. 
I highly recommend Laurel Med Supplies on Main Street for the excellent customer service.
