Laurie’s fell very short of my expectations for customer satisfaction. When I was checking out the clerk added an item and said “ try this I’m sure you’ll like it “. I explained I was on my way to Minneapolis and if I didn’t like it I would bring it back on the way through town. Four days later I tried to return the item and was told I could only have store credit because I didn’t bring it back in 2 days. I told her I had not been told that and she related that I should have read the sign on the desk. I explained that I am from out of town and will not be back to Fargo anytime soon. They stated there are no exceptions and that I could only have store credit. The item was not on sale. So much for customer satisfaction.

Acknowledging your customers might be a good idea. Especially when you and I are the only ones in the store. Will not shop there again.

Laurie's is my favorite clothing boutique when shopping for my wife. When you purchase an item from Laurie's, you can be assured that your woman will look stunning and other ladies won't be wearing the same thing. Kristi and her staff are knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Beware of her RETURN policy. Well, lack of one. Exchange only. Don't expect to be told this at the counter!!! I Shop many high end boutiques in MPLS and never have I run into this. Go elsewhere. Nothing outside of a few cute items. Black white drab clothing. Took her days to return my call. Email. Messenger.

Beautiful store. We went in late Saturday afternoon and even though they were just about ready to lock up, the clerk put down her purse and assisted us with a smile. I will definitely go back. Fun store.

Wonderful boutique!! Lots of brands that are unique to Laurie’s. Love the one on one attention!!
