Very unprofessional I had called on Monday March 12th and was given an appointment for Friday March 16th at 3:15 pm for a massage and after I drove all the way from pinewood I was told I didn't have an appointment. The young lady remembered me making the appointment but it wasn't on the schedule and the masseuse wasn't there. Needless to say I am very upset!

I am upset I was just told I cannot buy a gift card online when I have in the past twice. Way to loose 100$ lavender crossing. Please change your website to reflect this and get friendlier staff.
