Bryan was able to perform a miracle! I don't even know where to begin besides hiring him was the best decision I could've made. Bryan managed to get virtually everything of a possible 26year sentence dimissed and a final penalty to probation for a short term. I cannot state how thankful I am for his knowledge and skill with the law. If you are to hire one individual to represent you, Bryan Stephenson is the one you need on your side. 5 stars does not do what he did for me justice. Also for those considering hiring him, he does not leave you wondering what might happen. He is very open with communication, responds to emails quickly and calls you with updates whenever he gets them. He takes time to THOROUGHLY examine all of the evidence and tells you everything that it entails and what his professional opinion of it means. His intelligence left me in awe the first time he represented me in court and I left knowing he was the lawyer I needed on my side! Great man and great lawyer. Thank you again Bryan

This guy right here! Mr. Stephenson is probably the most intelligent man I've ever met, yet still very down to earth and able to thoroughly explain all legal matters/lawyer speak. During the course of my charges (16 months total), he continuously kept my anxiety at bay by keeping me well informed and involved in my case. He returned my emails and calls promptly and answered every single question I had with great detail. I was charged with a 3rd DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and implied consent - I ended up pleading guilty to a reckless endangerment charge and received 1 year of probation. That is unheard of in Williamson County, who is notoriously rough on DUI offenders. Mr. Stephenson is the only lawyer I will ever personally recommend from now on and I am forever grateful for his services and expertise. *Side note*: For what it's worth, he's also VERY easy on the eyes, ladies! In all honesty, it made my court appearances a bit less nerve-wracking and brighter!

Bryan went above and beyond for me and my wife. I was faced with a terrifying situation in Nashville, and I was pretty scared about the outcome. Bryan was able to get my case retired, and eventually expunged. There were no penalties or fines. I can't begin to explain how happy we both were with the results. I am so thankful for everything Bryan did for my family.

Bryan is a real pro! He is an attorney with the highest integrity; someone who knows the law and your rights; and he will fight for you; and he truly cares for you and takes it seriously on whatever charge you may be faced with in you own individual situation. I highly recommend him; and you need him in your corner; if you find yourself needing counsel.

I was wrongfully accused of domestic violence (DV) in January of 17' while on a work trip to Nashville. I live out of state and needed to work with a Nashville lawyer because of the where the accusation was made. After interviewing many criminal defense attorneys in the area it was clear Bryan was my guy. His professionalism, attention to detail and personalized attention made me feel that I had proper representation throughout a very stressful process. Bryan understands the law but more importantly he understands the TN and Nashville systems inside and out. He was able to get my case dismissed entirely.
