Our principal Attorney Ganesh N. Viswanathan has been practicing as a Litigation attorney, before a variety of courts, including before the State and Federal Courts in the New York City. He has an extensive hands-on litigation experience in a variety of practice areas including Immigration Law, Employment and Negligence issues, Real Property, and Criminal Law and matters involving International Law and jurisdiction. His extensive litigation and transactional law experience includes conducting handling the entire gamut of case preparation, filing, discovery, motions practice, oral argument and jury trials and appeals both before the State and federal Courts; extensive trial litigation before the Immigrations Courts in removal and deportation proceedings; having successfully obtained the relief of asylum and cancellation of removal in a large number of cases.

Mr. Viswanathan has successfully appealed before the Board of Immigration Appeals and petitions for review before the Federal Courts of Appeals (Second, Third, Fifth and Ninth); filed a legally involved petition for certiorari before the United States Supreme Court; litigated a complex motion to dismiss a matrimonial petition before a Family court in Atlanta, Georgia, between citizens of foreign nationals; a novel slip and fall injury against a transnational corporation before the Federal Court in New York; a discrimination based wrongful termination against an international corporation before the Southern District of New York; and successfully reopened an old matrimonial divorce judgment, through a plenary action to claim the judgment-amount owed by a spouse to the client in the marital property
