Khanna, providing immigration help and assistance to clients from all 50 US States and abroad. Our clients range from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. The focus of our practice is on business and professional immigration matters (E/H/J/K/L/O/P/R/TN classifications, permanent residence through professional Labor Certifications, Employment Based First Category, and National Interest Waivers) and complex immigration cases. Rajiv S. Khanna, US Immigration attorney, is a member of the Virginia and D.C. Bars and the principal of the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, PC. Since 1993, Rajiv focused his and the firm’s practice on employment and business-based immigration and related administrative and federal litigation. The firm represents individuals and businesses from every major city in USA and internationally. Rajiv's immigration practice includes transactional work (immigration/visa petitions, etc.), compliance consultations, defending government audits, and related litigation. The firm employs forty people and has offices located in Arlington and Staunton in Virginia.

Rajiv has been providing educational seminars for more than ten years with an emphasis on practical approaches for compliance with immigration laws.
