Was consulted 3 or 4 times here. Didn't want to have to go to any of them, yet THEY WANTED ME TO RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN. Make $ w no work. Smart, perhaps, but I know better. Office looks like a cell block, very uninviting. Atty. Rated himself 5 stars. How unprofessional and potentially unethical. See photos section. It's really too bad because I have a large sum of money and am looking for a regular attorney to retain but I refuse to go to one that is manager by a legal secretary that doesn't return 50% of calls.
I wish I could give this law firm more than 5 stars. They are extremely compassionate, caring and most of all, experienced. He even made me laugh a few times. I wasn't rushed off the phone and was given one on one attention for as long as I needed. We need more lawyers like this. Ones that care more about the people they help than their bottom line. Thank you for being good people!
I hired this law firm for my timeshare issue. They wrote a letter to the Timeshare resort. Timeshare wrote back which I did not agree with their response. I told this law firm I want to file a lawsuit. Their response is if I want to litigate, I need to find another lawyer. Bottom line, this law firm is useless. I don't think this law firm want to be bothered defending you. Not recommended hiring them for timeshare issues.

Timothy and his team are quick to respond, quick to act, thorough in their handling of situations, and just all around an excellent law office! Highly recommend!
Great experience working with Tim. He knew the right people to get things done smoothly with very little stress. His staff is very helpful and accommodating. He's the guy you hope you don't need, but very glad you have him when you do. He makes this big town seem a lot smaller - Thank you Tim from me and my family!

no stars: great contact with him at first, he needs to have good people taking messages and follow up, when they say we will call you back within 10 minutes, it should not take DAYS!
