Outstanding Law Firm.....they were able to find out the responsible party who hit me with out a Police report, or tag number. His law firm found out this information within 24 hours. I do not typically write reviews, but when someone provides an outstanding service, I believe it is important to let others know just how stellar that service is. I was referred to Mr. Fink's office though a friend who recommended him highly. I came to him last minute--after I tried to settle an accident case on my own. I believed , because there was no question of the other's negligence, it would be a simple matter to write my own demand letter and settle the case. But this was not so. When the insurer refused a reasonable offer, I met with Mr. Fink. I cannot stress how glad I was to have found him and how diligent he and his staff were in securing a settlement for me that I never could have achieved on my own. Beyond being extremely competent and thorough , he and his entire staff were warm and caring in helping me every step of the way. Having great representation is paramount when there in injury in a car accident and I give Mr. Fink and his staff five stars-- my highest recommendation--for their expertise, their professionalism, as well as their warmth and kindness during the entire process.

They must have changed their team in the past year. The fact that I have to keep calling them, when I'm paying them, to get a follow up on my case is beyond ridiculous. Keep being told they gonna call back but don't NEVER recieve a call I always have to call them afterseveral days pass. When they decide to answer. Paper work just sitting on desk for weeks until I called because they need to confirm a street. It's crazy won't refer this company to no one at this point. Could've did this myself and cut out the middle man. Wish I could change lawyers at this point
