NYC...If you need an attorney I strongly suggest that you do NOT retain this lawyer. I don't live in the area or Mr. Hernandez would definitely have met me by now. He is the epitome of adding insult to injury. Literally! My Godmother has been disrespected, neglected and NOW she needs to be protected, from this man! He has been rude, arrogant and combative, when she asks about an update or the status of her case. Half of his staff has quit no doubt due to the hostile environment. We are extremely disappointed and disgusted. And it's too late to bring someone competent in at this point. We may end up taking legal action against him. I'm more than certain, we're not the only ones he's abused.
Mr.Hernandez does not waste time and sticks up for your rights so you can sleep at night. He’s there to collect your money and make your life sunny once again. I recommend him to all victims of serious injuries. He’s a no nonsense attorney that represents his clients best interest.
Worst lawyer ever. If you like being talked down to and regarded as ignorant than David Hernandez is your man. If there is any leg work that needs to be done on your case he'll expect you to do it not him. I regret the day I brought my then minor son to his office.
One of the best attorneys you can hire. Mr. Hernandez is a Super Lawyer and was head of the Super Lawyers Committee. This Super Lawyer knows what needs to be done and will get you the most compensation. He did it for me and he'll do it for you. He surprised me with the outcome. Every case is different but he won mine without even going to court. I totally undervalued my case but he didn't. Just call Super Dave Hernandez, a Super Attorney at Law. You won't regret it!!!
