I would sure like to make this 5 stars as others have. I contacted these folks and did receive a fast response back. Though I didn’t appreciate their answer, it was the fact they refuse to tell you “why” they won’t represent you, that is frustrating... For me to even reach-out to an attourney is a miracle in itself; so, please know for me (and most people) to do that, is considered to be their last and final hope for help! I have a hard time understanding, how a surgeon can remove part of my spine (only to realize he removed the wrong piece) and not have it be considered negligent enough to warrant legal representation?! Now I am disabled for life and no where to turn.... Being robbed of your life and livelihood is tough for anyone to handle. Had you been willing to treat me as a human-being, rather than recite your canned answer (“For legal reasons, we are unable to provide that information”), I would feel much different about this experience with you.

I contacted this law firm twice to see if they would take my case. The first time I contacted them was threw there chat on line. The person told me that they would contact me. I waited a week and contacted them again and talked with Rocky which he told me that they would contacted me within two days. I never heard from them saying that sorry we can’t take your case or yes we can take your case. This law firm is very unprofessional! I had a good friend recommend this attorney’s office . I’m glad i did nit use them. I found a wonderful attorney and they took my case.

I too received a seemingly automated email that he cannot take my case. There was no evaluation, no discussion, no initial call, nothing. I have never contacted a firm that did not speak with me directly before declining or taking on a case with explicit reasoning.
I too believe these reviews are falsified, being that a marketing firm, per their website, handles all of this and creates a seemingly “great” reputation. Props to the marketing company, they did do a good job making it look legitimate!
Notice, reviews aren’t stating any case was won. Hmmm....
Not sure what the the intention of this is for them, but just off of my first impression, I’d look elsewhere for representation.
UPDATE:
Per their response, the site does indeed include medical malpractice, and my case involves every point listed that would at the very least, receive a consult.

Honestly I have never been treated so poorly by so called professionals. They wouldn't even take the time to hear my story. After using their online chat service, during which I explained just a basic outline of my situation, I was told "I think we can help you" (i have screenshots saved) and that someone would contact me. I received a standard automated template response explaining that they could not take my case and they will not respond at all. I didn't even want money, I just wanted to force an organization to quit their illegal and harmful and injurious and unconstitutional practices. They could've kept the money.
I wasnt rude in any way (I have screenshots remember), I have no idea why they have done this to me. It took weeks to build up the courage to share my story, and they shut me up before I even had a chance to tell it. What harm would there have been in saying (via email) "ok, tell me what happened"?
My only guess is, they must've realized, with their legal expertise, that my case wasnt a "Big Money" case they could get rich off. It was just a good old fashioned, defend the little guy from getting stomped on by the bully kind of case.
Seriously if you have anything traumatizing going on in your case, these people will just make you feel stupid and re-traumatize you all over again. It's taken over a month just to recover and have the courage to come here and post this.
They should just have a sign that says "Unless you are bringing us wheelbarrows of cash, DONT BOTHER US!!"

Great law firm! Matt and Becca helped me won a difficult case years ago with great result. Prior to meeting Matt and Becca, I consulted other law offices neared where I lived but other lawyers did not want to take my case because it was complicated. I suffered from injuries in my third car accident that was not my fault. It was very difficult to prove that my injuries were caused by the last accident. However, Matt and Becca worked so hard to help me and we had amazing result. I will forever be grateful to this team of wonderful lawyers. What I love when I worked with this team was their honesty. Their work was transparent to client. They communicated well with me and always kept me updated with the progress of the case and etc.
