Story

The Law Offices of Scott M. Clark, P.C. was founded by Scott M. Clark in 1983. Since that time, Mr. Clark has assembled a team of experienced attorneys well versed in legal matters pertaining to the operation of single family and multi-family properties. The Firm has grown to one of the largest firms servicing the multi-family industry in the state of Arizona and has offices in Phoenix and Tucson, and in 2014 expanded to represent landlords in Nevada with its Henderson office.

We offer comprehensive services for owners and managers of residential rental property, from single family dwellings to the largest of multi-family communities. With over thirty years of operation, the Firm has gained significant knowledge and insight into the issues most commonly faced by landlords and is well adept to the changes in law as it relates to property management. The Firm provides representation in eviction matters, Fair Housing complaints, administrative proceedings, contract disputes, and other related matters.

The Firm utilizes current technology to allow clients to manage their eviction matters though the Firm’s proprietary software. We view technology as our friend and utilize all available resources to keep our clients apprised of the status of their matters and to provide them with the ability to initiate a case, order a writ of restitution, order a satisfaction, or vacate a judgment – or, hopefully, dismiss it due to obtaining compliance from the resident. We also provide weekly status reports via email of all pending matters as well as matters that require specific action.

We firmly believe that offering well-rounded services to all of our clients is our first priority. Clients that employ the Firm exclusively enjoy complimentary access to attorneys for consultations and are provided training seminars free of charge. All clients also receive monthly bulletins from the Firm and articles from our attorneys in our monthly newsletter, Clark Bars. We further strive to keep our clients informed of trending legal issues and changes in the law. All articles are archived and clients have the ability to review and download any article authored by the Firm’s attorneys as well as have access to all legal notices and forms prepared by the Firm.
