I don't have insurance, I'm a college kid, and I have an entry level job at the moment to help make ends meet. I've had to go back multiple times (not because of doctor but because of my immune system and a persistent viral infection) and every time I've went they work with me on price. The staff is extremely helpful, they keep everything on file, the doctor is quick and competent at what he does. He also lets you ask questions and explains things for you to try at home if needed. They'll let you call and ask questions as well to help you save a trip. Really quality people, they are much appreciated.

We came from topeka the receptionist was so kind she kept a conversation going while we waited ..the wait was short..the office is clean and very well kept up..the Doc was so kind he made my son Anthony feel comfortable and at ease with conversation and praise by talking to him while procedure was being done in all procedure took 15 min not long at all..we were there for about 30 min in all..what a lovely staff and Doc thank you so much for fixing my son Anthony's toe we appreciate it I highly recommend Lawrence Podiatry especially if u only have kancare for insurance....thank you all keep up the great work💯😎😄😃

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Dr. Pilakowski as I visited him three times on corns/calluses on my feet! I'm a runner but unable to run well due to this corn! Each time I visited him, he scraped the corn and put a liquid medicine, I forgot what he called it! The pain eased for couple of weeks each time and the problem came back again! I asked for medicine to use at home but he said no! I got tired of going back and paying for the same problem as he really couldn't treat it or help me! He is a very nice doctor, he just couldn't solve my feet problem and I'm looking for an advance podiologist that can treat this!

I highly recommend this office. They are all nice and helpful. Dr. P takes time to listen and gives options and discusses the pros and con's and you never feel rushed. I have been there for two different issues and received excellent care.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Pilakowski fixed up what another podiatrist in Kansas City had messed up. As one other reviewer noted, he actually listens to you. I highly recommend this practice group.
