This is my second time leaving a review for this amazing nail salon! This set was tag teamed by Lee who did the sns portion, and Brenda who applied the gold foil design! This is probably my favorite set I’ve done so far with these guys! I can’t rave enough about how awesome, professional, and friendly these two are with their customers. They always help me brainstorm unique ideas for my nails, and never say no to my crazy suggestions! If you were considering booking here, I hope this review helps!Services: Pedicure
Walked in on a Sunday around 3:45 for an SNS French manicure. They were a little busy and had a 30 min wait. I put my name on the waitlist for 4pm and was started soon after 4pm. Service was great, high quality result. I like how modern and spacious the salon is. I love my SNS - it’s not super thick, and the lines on the French tips are perfect. Lee did a great job. I’ll be back!
I absolutely love my nails! Brenda have awesome advice on how to alter the design to make it look better and it 100% worked! Obsessed!Service: Acrylic nails
Lee is the best!! Hands down!! I will Never switch to another nail tech!! Brenda is awesome too! She did my daughters nails and she was so kind to her. I came here for 6 months before I wrote this review! This is the best nail salon in the Brookhaven area! They are CONSISTENT! They are extremely clean and friendly. They are respectful as well. They don’t talk about you, they don’t have an attitude when you request a change, they listen and the best part is if you’re not satisfied with a person, they kindly switch techs. I love It here!Services: Callus removal
Hands down the best nail salon in the area — and I’ve tried pretty much all of them! I’ve been coming here for roughly a year for my SNS and regular pedicures. I’ve probably come around 2x a month, every month, for the last year. I’ve never had a single issue with the quality of service, nor the experience. Lee does a phenomenal job with my SNS. I’m very particular borderline difficult, honestly above color and shape and he never gets impatient with me no matter how many times I ask him to change or fix something — though after several visits, he knows exactly what I like and does a near-flawless job! On the occasion I call to get them done in a pinch and he’s not there, Brenda and others have done them and do an equally great job. I’ve never asked for someone specific for a pedicure, but they’ve all always been wonderful. I always call to make an appointment, and Lee is always honest with me about when he can and can’t see me. I’ve never waited more than maybe 5 minutes past my arrival / appointment time to get started. In addition to the quality of services, I appreciate and respect that they have occasionally had to turn away a walk-in when they can’t take someone, and are always upfront and honest about the wait time. With a nail salon on every corner, most nail salons I’ve been to just allow people to keep walking in as not wanting to turn down business, and sometimes set unrealistic for wait times and I’ve watched customers leave frustrated as a result. Not here! They do a great job accommodating as many customers as possible without rushing anyone or jeopardizing the quality of the service or experience. Highly, highly recommend over truly any nail salon in the area!Services: Pedicure
My sister and I had appointments for 2:00 pm on a Wednesday. When we got there though, they had no record of us having appointments at all. It was busy, but they were able to fit us in after we waited for 15 minutes. Jonny and Rosie did my classic pedicure for $25 includes lotion, scrub for calluses Christian did my classic manicure for $15. They all did a great job! I appreciated that they let me try out a few colors. I went with DND DC Peacock Pink. They spray down the chairs after each use. They sanitize their tools. It felt clean! I wouldn’t rely on appointments, but I would go back.
First of all, I should have read the recent reviews. Was looking for a nail salon closer to home, saw this one had 4 stars and thought I found a good one! Came in for a pedicure and an acrylic full set. First off, the foot massage was nice. There were little flaws in the gel pedicure though, and the woman doing my pedicure kept forgetting not to use the clippers on my cuticles but overall it was just okay. I had my nails done previously not by them, and it was acrylic powder on my natural nails when I went in, so in the removal, my nail tech used an acrylic nail, shoved it under the existing acrylic, and pried it off. I asked him is this normal, and he said yeah, it’s faster. Well. It hurt a lot. And I audibly said “Ow” and winced to the point he would apologize, skip it, go to the next nail, then go back and try again. He got them all off quickly but left my nails roughed up, there were white spots and marks leftover. And my nail was bending way more than it should be. That was when I asked if he could soak off the other hand, and then he did. And besides that, as he was dusting off my first hand, the little brush he was using kept scratching me, as if the metal ridge around the handle was misshapen or something. He laid the acrylic powder down on both hands, but by then I was too uncomfortable to continue, so I asked someone who I assumed was the manager or the lead manicurist or something if I could end the appointment here. I was fine with paying for the pedicure, but the removal was painful, and the set wasn’t completed. When I told him that the tech took the nail and ripped the old acrylic off with it, he actually countered and said that that was normal and they do it all the time. I told him you’re never supposed to just rip the nail off like are you serious? and he said they do it all the time. He said he took $35 off. More should have been taken off, but I digress. I’m sure the work done there is good, and a lot of the clients that were there seemed content, so I thought my experience would be positive. It sucks that it wasn’t. I usually go to Polished Luxury in Brookhaven, and that’s exactly where I went and Lin fixed me right up.
Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is for the girl who did my pedicure. She was amazing. However I got gel nails done on my hands. One hand was fine but the other was peeling like crazy. It had been just under two weeks but I've gotten gels done before and they'd never looked this bad this early. Called the salon and they said to drive over and they'd redo it. Instead, I drove all the way over and they told me that they can't do anything because it's been too long. Then why waste my time in the first place? I wouldn't come back but definitely don't get gel nails here. Totally not worth the up charge of $35 because it doesn't last as long as other salons in the area.
I have had an amazing experience here!!!! The timing was good, no long wait, great customer service and they did an amazing job on both my nails and feet!!! I would truly recommend this place to anyone!!!! Thanks so much
I have been going to this salon since 2009. The nail techs are very professional and precise. The price are excellent for the quality of work.
