I was on automatic delivery yet they still let us run out of oil. On top of that they tried to charge me an extra $50 for coming out to put oil in my tank that they should have already done. Making matters worse when the service person came out to put oil in my tank. He didn't bring a funnel and spilled most of it all around my flower bed underneath my fill. Killing my plants. I have just recently signed up with a new oil company who also happens to be 10 cents a gallon cheaper. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the blank oil.
There very shady, driver busted up the driveway, a second time; they forgot to put the oil cap back on after filling. complained to them about both. they denied. I offered to show them on the cameras.
Office personnel is unqualified. No invoice, no communication regarding a routine oil tank inspection that I was told would be no charge. She never sent an invoice or made a call she just charged my credit card they had on file for $170 without my permission. Instead of an adult conversation, the owners wife just wouldn't answer the phone and would pick up and hang up. They lost a good customer.
So friendly, and helpful. Needed a service call, new home owner with a boiler making crazy noise. They got me help the same day. So great. Turned out to be a little thing. Paul was great, explaining me how it works, what went wrong and gave me some great tips on proper care of it.

A reliable petroleum company which is family owned. LeBlanc offers very competitive prices and a senior discount for deliveries. There service is always on time and courteous. The minimum delivery is 100 gallons. This works for our family due to price fluctuations.
Horrible customer service. Called to setup an appointment and was told the computers were down and that I needed to call back later. Called back later and was immediately told the computers were still down and then the lady hangs up on me! Unreal. 1 star is generous.

Service tech came, very honest - we thought it was much worse than it was but he took care of the problem - he was awesome to deal with.
Not only is service available quickly, but their prices are great, and the customer service is always fantastic - I would highly recommend!
