I spoke with a mean disrespectful lady. The professionalism was so terrible the lady had me lose my cool. Yes we have family that has done wrong where circumstance happen. But know one should feel less than how they feel things happen and if you're going to help...Thank You but don't ever make no one feel beneath you. Right is right I get it..but it's not what u say it's how you say it. Wealthy or Poor.

The woman I talked to on the phone spoke to me as if I were 12 and told me that being in the Military isn’t a proper form of employment because I could “get deployed tomorrow” and when I tried to explain to her that it doesn’t work like that she cut me off and continued to have a terrible attitude. Would not recommend this bonding company.

When I called the woman acted as if I was a child trying to talk to her. She was extremely rude while asking me questions and acted as if I was lying to her about everything.

Terrible.A lady answered the phone yelling, huffing about every question asked and got an attitude when asked about issues. Dont go to these people she was so sour, I wouldn't doubt if she revoked your bond just cause!

Don't want to do the paperwork if it's a small bond. If you don't want to do the paperwork you should start looking into another profession. Another one just there for a paycheck. Secret shoppers wait til you hear her say I'm going to do all this paperwork and they are going to let him out. Doesn't matter paying customers are paying customers
