Nice location, nice grounds. Dangerous because nobody seems to care about the posted speed limits and drive very aggressively. The speed limit signs are tiny and I don't feel that the board is bothered to adress this. I suppose a major accident or injury will have to occur before they take steps.
Had an upstairs neighbor that ran on a treadmill at 5am every morning. Condo board never responded to issues. Property managers are inept and staff has high turnover. The flowers are nice, but you'll pay for it. Condo fees are ridiculously high.
