Friendly staff!!! Mr. Lee and his team are great-- I mostly worked with his staff. They answered my questions promptly and went over my tax returns together so that I can understand what was being filed. They get busy because they have many clients! So I recommend you to contact them sooner than later.

Not even worth one star. Basically, they never filed my state tax return. They filed my tax return one full year later only when I followed up with them a few times to see everything was OK. Even then, they didn't tell me that they forgot or made a mistake. I had to dig around to see what was really going on. The rude staff who constantly procrastinate on your tax filing! The worst quality as an accountant. You are paid for filling taxes, and if you didn't file my tax after being paid then it's simply a scam.
